2 – Hosting charges – 10k approx.. If I am hosting 5 sites in one hosting plan, I still end up paying 2000 Rs for a site

3 – Theme from themeforest [4000 Rs to 6000 Rs]

4 – Design charges [1000 Rs per page]

Each page will have too many elements that need to be changed and should be made to fit the design requirements of a client

5 – Support for 1 year- Which includes minor design, content changes, and maintenance [300 Rs per month]

Let’s add up all

Logo – 500 Rs + Hosting – 2000 Rs + theme – 5000 Rs + Design for 5 pages – 5000 Rs + support for 1 year – 3600 Rs = 16,100 Rs

From one website for my work, I earn only 6000 to 8,000 Rs. Therefore, if I need to reduce my costs, I will have to do so by either reducing design charges or support charges.

Even if I quote Rs 12,000 for a website, I will end up making less than Rs 6,000, which is not worth it for a website that takes at least 1 to 4 weeks to complete.

Hence, Rs 15,000 is the bare minimum it costs for you to have a professional-looking website. Others charge 30k to 50k and much more for the same, but ask for the breakup of the cost, and check with the above list to understand how reasonable this pricing is.

If you already have hosting or want to purchase hosting at your end, that is absolutely fine.
